Business/QA Analyst Job Description
6 Month+ Contract
$80-$106/hr
Overview:
The Business/QA Analyst will work closely with multiple teams, including Product Management, Web Development, Legal, Corporate Communications, and various Lines of Business, to ensure that our external websites meet stakeholder requirements and expectations.
In collaboration with stakeholders, this role will focus on documenting and implementing website improvements, while playing a vital role in coordinating with cross-functional teams across regions. You will assist in developing the product backlog and managing the overall health of our project progress.
This role operates within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), so experience with Agile practices such as team-based ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives), managing multiple teams, and familiarity with Agile Release Train events like PI planning is essential.
Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in a Business Analyst or QA role, including 5+ years working in a Scaled Agile environment. Familiarity with tools like Jira, GitHub, and Confluence is required.
